The new “Lidl” metropolis store project on Sporta Street was implemented in a former industrial area. As part of the project, the intersection was modernized, new traffic lights were installed, and street lighting was improved. To make the area around the store significantly greener, nearly 460 large trees and various ornamental shrubs were planted. Next to the store, a new “Burger King” fast food restaurant has also opened. Overall, the BLV Advisory Group team has provided construction supervision for half of all Lidl stores opened in Latvia, ensuring high construction quality for the network in Riga, Jūrmala, Daugavpils, Valmiera, Cēsis, Jelgava, Salaspils, and Tukums (a total of 15 store projects).
