Founding of the company
On 2 August 2010, the company was founded, initially under the name “Būvuzraugi LV”. The company starts its life by providing technical supervision services.
2016
Team growth
The company continues to expand with the addition of its 25th employee this year. Jānis Dzalbs, a highly skilled technical supervision specialist, joins the team.
2017
Implementation of the largest object
The company signs a contract and starts the implementation of the largest project in Latvia worth more than 100 million euros – Akropole Rīga shopping centre. This construction becomes a well-known project of the company and opens a new path for the company’s development.
2019
National recognition
The company becomes the most decorated in Latvia, with seven projects winning top industry awards in the same year. This includes the “Grand Prix” at the Latvian Construction of the Year Awards for the multifunctional cultural center “Hanzas Perons,” and first place in the “New Building. Public Building” category for the “Akropole Rīga” shopping center.
2021
Increase in annual turnover
The company’s annual turnover exceeds 1,000,000 euros. An increasing number of clients are seeking not only basic services but also project management-related services, requesting consultations at various stages of construction projects.
2024
Company expansion and rebranding
The company undergoes a rebranding, adopting the new name “BLV Advisory Group.” This change significantly broadens the range of services and operational areas, further cementing its reputation as a leader in the Latvian construction industry.
