The “Zīda Fabrika” project includes the reconstruction of a historic silk factory complex into a modern multifunctional centre with retail and exhibition spaces.
The multifunctional centre is being developed as a high-end showroom for interior objects, finishing materials and textiles, which will also serve as the office and exhibition space of the KRASSKY interior showroom.

- Construction supervision
Within the project, two historic brick buildings are preserved and functionally integrated, complemented by a modern glass gallery structure, creating a bright and open environment for exhibitions and retail activities. The architectural solution ensures natural daylight while preserving the historic character of the buildings.
