Several company objects receive prestigious awards in various categories of the “Latvian Construction Award of the Year 2023” – the office buildings “New Hanza” and “Zeiss Biroji”, as well as the “Konventa Sēta” hotel and the Lidl retail building. In the industry award “Best Building of the Year in Latvia 2023,” the business center “GUSTAVS” won first place in the “New Public Building” category. Second place in the same category went to the office building “New Hanza,” which also took first place in the “BIM Object” category. The Alūksne Sports and Education Center and “Zeiss Biroji” received commendations in the “New Public Building” category. In the “Reconstruction and Renovation” category, third place was awarded to “Konventa Sēta Hotel.”

This year, the Riga Stradiņš University Pharmacy Study and Research Centre receives two awards – 1st place in the “Best Building of the Year in Latvia 2022” industry award in the “New Public Building” category and 2nd place in the same category of the “Latvian Construction Award of 2022”. The “Zeiss Offices” building receives 3rd place in the “The Most Sustainable Project 2022” category.

The company receives 1st place in the “Best Building of the Year in Latvia 2018” industry award in the “Landscape” category for the construction of the infrastructure of Alūksne Castle Island. Another company object, the Valmiera public swimming pool, receives two awards – 1st place in the “New Public Building” category of the “Best Building of the Year in Latvia” award and 3rd place in the same category of the “Latvian Construction Award of the Year 2018”.
