The MŪKU SALAS multi-storey car park has been constructed within the Mūkusalas Business Centre territory at Delu iela 6, next to the A-class office building ZEISS BIROJI. The project represents an important stage in the development of the business quarter, improving the accessibility and infrastructure of the area.

The car park consists of five storeys, four above ground and one underground. The building provides 371 parking spaces, including 19 spaces for people with reduced mobility, 11 electric vehicle charging stations, and 48 bicycle parking spaces.
The project also included landscaping and improvement works of the surrounding territory, ensuring convenient access to the car park for business centre tenants and visitors.
The project was implemented under a Design & Build contract, ensuring an efficient design and construction process.
