Applications are now open for the CEEQA Awards 2026 – the premier international industry award for real estate and construction, spanning Central and Eastern Europe, including the Baltic region. In a significant milestone for 2026, the CEEQA international jury features a representative from a Latvian company for the first time.
The CEEQA Awards annually recognize the year’s most outstanding projects, companies, and professional teams, standing as one of the most prestigious industry platforms in the region. Covering 18 countries, the competition is dedicated to establishing objective quality benchmarks within the development, investment, and construction sectors.
Submitting an application for the CEEQA Awards 2026 is free of charge. Projects are evaluated by an international jury comprising executives and experts from leading firms in development, investment, construction, finance, and consulting.
The 2026 jury includes experts from across the region, including the Baltic States. Among them is Sergey Frolov, head of the Latvian consulting firm BLV Advisory Group. His participation reflects the growing integration of the Baltic region into the international professional agenda.
Following BLV Advisory Group’s shortlisting for a CEEQA Award last year, Sergey Frolov – now serving as a member of the international jury – and the BLV team invite Baltic companies to seize this opportunity for free submission and showcase their projects on one of Europe’s key professional stages.
“The real estate and construction markets in the Baltic States have become increasingly integrated into the pan-European context in recent years. Participation in the CEEQA Awards provides regional companies with the opportunity to present their completed projects and teams to an international audience and receive an independent professional evaluation,” says Sergey Frolov, founder of BLV Advisory Group.
The application window for the CEEQA Awards 2026 remains open until March 6, 2026. The announcement of the longlist is scheduled for February 23, with the shortlist to follow on April 14. Winners will be announced on May 20, 2026, at the annual CEEQA Gala ceremony in Warsaw.
