A four-star hotel complex is being designed in the heart of Old Riga. The hotel will feature 298 rooms, spacious restaurant and retail areas, and a spa complex. The construction site is particularly valuable not only because it is located in the historic center (near Town Hall Square, the House of the Blackheads, and St. Peter’s Church) but also because it is currently the largest remaining land plot in Old Riga. Due to its prime location, the development of this project has attracted significant attention from national and municipal authorities, and the UNESCO council is also involved in the construction process. This project’s development is crucial for Riga’s growth and for strengthening the city’s status as a European capital of tourism. Situated near the Daugava River embankment, amidst Old Riga’s architectural heritage and a bustling pedestrian area, the project is expected to become a significant and high-quality addition to the architectural landscape of Old Riga.
