The new world-class BMX track in Valmiera was designed with the help of specialists who have international experience in constructing BMX tracks for European and World Championships. These same specialists also participated in the construction of the Olympic BMX track in Tokyo. Covering an area of over 12,000 square meters, the track features starting hills of 5 meters and 8 meters in height, providing an opportunity for younger BMX riders to start from a 3-meter height. The starting building includes indoor training facilities, mechanical workshops for bike maintenance, lecture and relaxation rooms for athletes, storage areas, rooms for coaches, and changing rooms.
