The second phase of the CENTRUS project includes the construction of five new residential buildings with 142 premium-class apartments ranging from 24 to 210 m², as well as seven commercial premises ranging from 90 to 560 m².

The quarter will feature a landscaped inner courtyard with a promenade that will be closed in the evenings, providing a private and secure environment for residents. The project also includes shared facilities and infrastructure such as parking spaces with charging stations, bicycle parking and storage rooms.
