The new AirBaltic Technical aircraft maintenance and repair (MRO) hangar is planned to become one of the largest and most advanced MRO facilities not only in the Baltics but also across Eastern and Northern Europe. The modern facility will enable the simultaneous servicing of up to eight aircraft, providing full-cycle maintenance operations.

The project is designed to meet high construction standards, with the building planned in accordance with the BREEAM Outstanding sustainability certification level, making it the only project of this level in the Baltics. The project development involves leading engineering specialists from Latvia, France, the United States, Germany, Turkey and other countries.
