About the Tournament
The BLV Padel Tournament is an industry sports tournament uniting the professional community associated with the construction industry and urban environment development. The tournament is intended for representatives of companies and organizations whose professional activities are related to construction, real estate, infrastructure development, architecture, engineering, project management, investments, and other related fields. All representatives of the professional community who associate their activities with the construction industry and are interested in developing professional ties within the market are invited to participate. The initiative of the tournament is based on the understanding that the development of the industry depends not only on technical solutions and standards but also on the quality of interaction between its participants. The BLV Padel Tournament creates a space for informal communication, strengthening professional ties, and forming an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust within the industry.
Tournament Mission
The mission of the BLV Padel Tournament is to strengthen the professional community of the construction industry through the development of a culture of cooperation, open interaction, and the exchange of experience. The tournament creates an opportunity for industry representatives to meet outside of business negotiations and formal roles, get to know each other in an informal environment, and strengthen professional relationships.

The BLV Padel Tournament is conceived as a long-term initiative aimed at developing the professional community of the construction industry. In the long term, the tournament should contribute to strengthening horizontal ties between companies, developing a culture of cooperation, exchanging experience, and forming a professional environment in which industry representatives perceive each other not only as competitors but also as partners. Such initiatives contribute to the development of the industry and the increase of its competitiveness in international markets.
Tournament Format <br>
The BLV Padel Tournament is held in the format of a padel tennis competition between teams representing companies in the industry. The tournament consists of individual stages, which are planned to be held on a regular basis. Each stage is an independent tournament. Registration for each stage opens approximately two weeks before the date of the respective stage.
Tournament Financing <br>
Participation in the BLV Padel Tournament is free for all participants. All expenses related to the organization of the tournament, including court rental, match organization, event preparation, and its media coverage, are covered by BLV Advisory Group.
Challenge Cup
As part of the BLV Padel Tournament, a Challenge Cup has been established. The winning team of each stage receives the cup and becomes its holder until the next stage, where the cup is contested again.
Participant Registration and Data Processing <br>
Participant registration is carried out via an online form. Upon registration, participants provide the personal data necessary to organize the tournament. The provided data is used exclusively for:
- organizing the tournament;
- communicating with participants;
- preparing public materials related to the tournament.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with current data protection regulations and applicable European Union legislation.
