At the “Latvian Construction Award of the Year 2025,” the company’s projects received five awards across three categories. The result in the “Reconstruction” category was particularly notable, with all three top places going to the company’s projects: first place was awarded to “Carillon Aparthotel,” second place to the office building for the Embassy of Estonia, and third place to the reconstruction of a building into a shopping centre in Ulbroka. In the “New Public Building” category, first place went to the office building “Magdelēnas kvartāls,” while in the “Production and Industrial Building” category, third place was awarded to the “Baltic Cargo HUB” air cargo handling centre.
