At the “Latvian Construction Award of the Year 2025,” the company’s projects received five awards across three categories. The result in the “Reconstruction” category was particularly notable, with all three top places going to the company’s projects: first place was awarded to “Carillon Aparthotel,” second place to the office building for the Embassy of Estonia, and third place to the reconstruction of a building into a shopping centre in Ulbroka. In the “New Public Building” category, first place went to the office building “Magdelēnas kvartāls,” while in the “Production and Industrial Building” category, third place was awarded to the “Baltic Cargo HUB” air cargo handling centre.

Several company objects receive prestigious awards in various categories of the “Latvian Construction Award of the Year 2023” – the office buildings “New Hanza” and “Zeiss Biroji”, as well as the “Konventa Sēta” hotel and the Lidl retail building. In the industry award “Best Building of the Year in Latvia 2023,” the business center “GUSTAVS” won first place in the “New Public Building” category. Second place in the same category went to the office building “New Hanza,” which also took first place in the “BIM Object” category. The Alūksne Sports and Education Center and “Zeiss Biroji” received commendations in the “New Public Building” category. In the “Reconstruction and Renovation” category, third place was awarded to “Konventa Sēta Hotel.”

This year, several company objects are recognized with high awards, including the GRAND PRIX of the “Latvian Construction Award of the Year 2021” for the Jānis Daliņš Stadium in Valmiera and first places in various categories – for the office building on Mihaila Tāla Street, Lidl retail building, the warehouse complex “Logistics Park A6”, and other objects.

This year is particularly successful for the company as several objects are recognized in various categories, including the GRAND PRIX in the “Best Building of the Year in Latvia 2018” for the reconstruction of the Hanzas Perons warehouse. The multifunctional center “Akropole Rīga”, Māris Štrombergs BMX Track in Valmiera, the African Savannah exhibit at the Riga National Zoo, and other company objects are also highly regarded.

This year, the company receives several awards – particularly for the object at Alberta Street 5 in Riga, which won 1st place in the “Best Building of the Year in Latvia 2017” industry award in the “Restoration” category and 2nd place in the “Latvian Construction Award of the Year 2017” in the “Reconstruction” category. Another object, the Riga Stradiņš University dormitory, receives 2nd place in the “New Public Building” category.

The company receives the 2nd place award in the “Best Building of the Year in Latvia 2015” industry award in the “Reconstruction” category for the Alūksne Manor Brewery building.

The company receives the 2nd place award in the “Best Building of the Year in Latvia 2013” industry award in the “Public Open Space Object” category for the Maskavas Street Quarter. Additionally, the Salaspils Sports Hall is awarded 3rd place in the “New Building” category.
